My passion has grown from my own development and healing, learning to love and appreciate my body and the food I choose to fuel it with. I love witnessing my clients re-claim their power and self-worth, choose self-love rather than deprivation. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in human development and nutrition from the University of Utah, and pursued my studies further with a Certificate of Holistic Nutritional Counseling from Bauman College. After my studies I joined an amazing team of women at Cambiati Wellness Programs and for two years I counseled over 50 clients and lead weekly classes on topics such as healthy weight loss, detoxification, food sensitivity and allergies, stress management, and hormone balance.

HEALTH EVALUATION SESSION
$95 — Using proven tools and a thorough questionnaire, we will hone in on exactly which body systems and health issues we can most effectively target with nutritional intervention. This is a two-part session; the first is a detailed questionnaire that will I will evaluate, and the second part is a 45 min. consultation reviewing you results and providing specific action steps. For those who have big-picture health goals, we will discuss options for continuing nutritional support.
PRIVATE NUTRITION CONSULTING
$125 / per month — Get weekly nutritional support and check-in calls to set your health goals in motion and stick with new habits. With a monthly plan, you’ll have a personal nutritionist available at your fingertips and a personalized weekly meal plan. Text me your nutrition questions as they come up! Available for virtual meetings only. Included is access to ATE App meal tracking and review daily review (Monday - Friday)
CUSTOMIZED MEAL PLANNING

3 - Day Plan: $55 — Based on your typical schedule, culinary experience, and food preferences, we’ll work out what is the best course of action for planning meals around a weekday (work day), weekend day, and meal prep-day. Use this as a guideline for planning your week.
7 - Day Plan: $85 — Get the full week plan! Based on your real-life schedule, we’ll break down day-by-day meals and snacks, and when is best to prepare them. For those who like a solid routine around their health and fitness goals.
PROVISIONING / GROCERY STORE TOUR
$150 — Get your grocery shopping done with the help of a nutritionist! We’ll hit up your local grocery store together and find the best, most nutritious products. Bring your standard shopping list, and I’ll teach you all the tricks I use to find my favorite things and avoid those sneaky “healthy-halo” products that claim to be good for you.
